The Sub-Regional Office SRO, Tirupathi, was formed with jurisdiction of 4 districts namely Anantapuram, Chittoor, Kadapa and Kurnool of Andhra Pradesh State which were earlier attached to Regional office Telangana. The Sub Regional consists of 1 DCBO, 6 Branch offices,1 ESIS Hospital, 1 ESIS Diagnostic centre, 22 ESI Dispensaries catering to medical need of beneficiaries. As on 31.03.2021, there are 254120 number of Insured Persons attached to this SRO.

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
